Registration of a limited partnership
A limited partnership - a partnership aimed at operating a business under its own name, in which at least one partner (general partner) is unlimited liability for liabilities of the company towards creditors, and the liability of at least one partner is limited ( limited partner).
A limited partnership is a separate type of commercial law company. It is included in the category of personal partnerships, which also include a general partnership, a partner company and a limited joint-stock partnership. The purpose of a limited partnership must be performing economic activity. Partnership’s company should include the name of the company or the name of one or several general partners and the additional designation "limited partnership" (it is allowed to use the abbreviation in the turnover). The name of the limited partner can not be included in the partnership's company. If this happens, the limited partner is liable to third parties for the obligations of the company without restrictions.
